You will work closely with your planner throughout your wedding planning process so the decision on whom you appoint has got to be right.

From our wedding & event planning studios in Perth, we only work with a select few couples each year so we can completely immerse ourselves into each and every destination and Perth wedding we plan. We get to know you on a personal level, and give you the time you both need and deserve, understanding your vision, whilst pairing you with like-minded destination and Perth Wedding suppliers who are experts in their field and together as your

“Wedding day dream team”, work on translating your intentions.

Design

This is the starting point for our planning process, where we create YOUR event story; interpreting your vision, and to design a truly bespoke concept. Following our detailed planning meeting from our Perth Wedding Planning Studio, where we discuss your whole wedding, we will then produce and supply you with a summary of our meeting, and design a mood board for each stage of your celebration. This enables us to form the foundation for our planning for your wedding. It provides us with a clear picture from the start, assisting us to source incredible products whilst building our skilled and seasoned team that will transform your ideas into reality.

Suppliers

Assembling the right “wedding team” from the beginning is imperative. We will only ever put forward suppliers that are a cut above the rest for the job and those who complement your personalities, budget & brief perfectly. It’s all about curating a great team who will work well together, support each other and deliver a wedding with superior customer service and the best quality products. Working with reliable and seasoned suppliers results in a stress-free planning process and an exceptional event your guests will be fondly talking about for many years to come.

Planning

Throughout your entire planning process with us, we will work closely with you and on your behalf; conscientiously planning, sourcing and administering the behind the scenes. We don’t go into excessive degrees with this element because we know you don’t have time for that. Our thorough processes ensure financial management, scheduling, site visits, supplier communication and logistics, are all handled in an effective and efficient manner, without you having to get tied up in too many of the details. Creating our comprehensive “event report” will ensure each and every detail, element, timing and movement is considered well in advance of your wedding day.

Delivery

Orchestration & Event management is the finale to our wedding planning process. We will personally oversee the construction phase of a marquee build, and /or the load in and set up of production and installation of draping, flooring, lighting and florals at the venue, as well as the de-rig at the end of your wedding. On the day itself we represent you for the entirety of the day; greeting and managing suppliers, welcoming guests as they take their seats for the ceremony, be always ready as and when you or your guests need us, managing your entire flow of your day, working behind the scenes and ensuring everyone is having an amazing time before seeing you and your guests off at the end of the night.

Our Wedding Design and Planning fees can be found below. A minimum fee applies subject to the size, complexity, and duration of your celebration.

Distribution of your timeline & floor plans to all of your booked wedding day dream team

DELIVERY

Attend and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal
Collect and secure any personal items you need with you on the day
Oversee and manage load in and construction of marquee build, set up of production equipment (lighting and sound), furniture & floral installations
Quality management ensures a seamlessly flawless orchestration of the whole of your day till the end of your celebration formalities (speeches)
The couple, Wedding Party and Guest Concierge

pricing begins at $4,400 with a minimum styling budget of $8,000 (aud)

This minimum fee applies subject to the size, complexity, and duration of your celebration.

Styling items (including flowers) are additional to the above service inclusions.

A minimum wedding styling budget of:

$8,000 at a venue with 0-50 guests
$16,000 at a venue with 50-100 guests
$20,000, dry hire/marquee set up, with 50-100 guests

This budget amount includes wedding day stationery, cake, favours, linen, flowers, candles, lighting, and dance floor, and has been based on average expenditure in the 2022 and 2023 wedding seasons in Perth, Western Australia.

Our wedding mum what can we say, firstly we probably would not be married if it wasnt for Jody! We had some problems leading up to our wedding with the venue and we had absolutely no idea what was going on and then enters Jody Q weddings and boy, did she have it sorted for us. The amount of work she put in to straighten everything out, she went above and beyond just so we could have our special day. Jody was on top of things we never even thought about. Even just the little things like fixing my dress for photos on the day and checking in to see how the nerves are, to the big things like being there to organise the other vendors set up whilst we spent time with our family getting ready and to writing down a detailed timeline to follow on the day so it all went to plan. Even after the wedding she had a zoom meeting with us just to check in to see how we are going as newly weds and to congratulate and wish us well, she was unreal and exceeded any expectation we could have ever had. Jody was our guardian angel on the day and we will be forever grateful for the amount of effort she put in just for little old us.
