You will work closely with your planner throughout your wedding planning process so the decision on whom you appoint has got to be right.
From our wedding & event planning studios in Perth, we only work with a select few couples each year so we can completely immerse ourselves into each and every destination and Perth wedding we plan. We get to know you on a personal level, and give you the time you both need and deserve, understanding your vision, whilst pairing you with like-minded destination and Perth Wedding suppliers who are experts in their field and together as your
“Wedding day dream team”, work on translating your intentions.

Our Wedding Design and Planning fees can be found below. A minimum fee does apply subject to the size, complexity, and duration of your celebration.

OUR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATON WEDDING INCLUSIONS
Please note we do not offer partial planning or Wedding Day Management as stand-alone services. All ‘from’ pricing is quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
DESIGN

PLANNING
- 2 Planning consolations
Unlimited Email Support and Scheduled Zoom Support - 1 Ceremony & Reception budget creation
- 1 Centralised account for all payments and financial management converted into AUD
- Pre Wedding Client Concierge service *(Bali only)
- 1 Comprehensive event report
- 1 personalised detailed wedding checklist
- Exclusive Access to your personalised Jody Q Weddings Portal
- Creation of your personalised & comprehensive timeline
- Attend and Coordinate your Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal
SUPPLIERS
- Obtaining and supplying quotes from any of our preferred destination suppliers
- Booking and managing all suppliers
- Liaising & managing your booked wedding day dream team and your venue
- Distribution of your timeline & floor plans to all of your booked wedding day dream team
DELIVERY
- Attend and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal
- Collect & secure any personal items you need with you on the day
- Oversee and Manage load in and construction of marquee build, set up of production equipment (lighting and sound), furniture & floral installations
- Quality management ensures a seamlessly flawless orchestration of the whole of your day till the end of your celebration formalities (speeches)
- On the day Couple, Wedding Party & Guest Concierge
pricing begins at $3,300 with a minimum styling budget of $20,000 (aud)
This minimum fee applies subject to the size, complexity, and duration of your celebration.
Please note: Pricing is based on planning carried out in Perth WA with the Jody Q Weddings Abroad Teams Carrying out the day management, coordination, and styling in your chosen country.
Travel and accommodation fees apply for Jody to attend and are based on airline, class of travel and accommodation choice of Jody Q Weddings.
Styling items (including flowers) are additional to the above service inclusions.
A minimum wedding styling budget applies depending on destination:
- Bali – $20,000
- Italy – $30,000
- United Kingdom – $35,000
- France – $35,000
This budget amount includes wedding day stationery, cake, favours, linen, flowers, candles, lighting, and dance floor, outdoor air conditioners, generators and has been based on average expenditure in the 2021 and 2022 wedding seasons.
