Jody Q Weddings is committed to providing quality services to you, and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you regarding how we manage your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information, and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of personal information we collect include names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and facsimile numbers.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways, including correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website https://www.jodyqweddings.com.au from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or the policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information to provide our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists anytime by contacting us in writing.

In such a case, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to help us better understand visitor traffic to improve our services. Although this data is mostly anonymous, it is possible that, under certain circumstances, we may connect it to you.

Cache

This site utilises caching to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule the site administrator sets but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration. 

Direct Marketing

We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our services, opportunities, or events that may interest you if you have requested or consented to receive such communications.

These communications may be sent in various forms, including SMS and email, following applicable marketing laws, such as the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Jody Q Weddings will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

We may require your identification before releasing the requested information to protect your Personal Information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and current. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
