For our Full-Service couples, we oversee the complete delivery of your celebration, ensuring the creative vision and meticulous planning are realised exactly as intended.From marquee construction and venue builds through to the installation of production, draping, flooring, lighting, florals, furniture and styling, our team directs the transformation of your venue and coordinates the professionals responsible for bringing each element to life. We oversee the details behind the scenes, including final preparations and, where required, the de-rig following your celebration.On the wedding day, we are there from the first supplier arrival through to the final moments of your celebration. Acting on your behalf, we direct your venue and supplier team, oversee timings and formalities, manage the flow of the day and anticipate the countless details that arise along the way.Our presence is intentionally discreet yet ever-present. Our wedding mum what can we say, firstly we probably would not be married if it wasnt for Jody! We had some problems leading up to our wedding with the venue and we had absolutely no idea what was going on and then enters Jody Q weddings and boy, did she have it sorted for us. The amount of work she put in to straighten everything out, she went above and beyond just so we could have our special day. Jody was on top of things we never even thought about. Even just the little things like fixing my dress for photos on the day and checking in to see how the nerves are, to the big things like being there to organise the other vendors set up whilst we spent time with our family getting ready and to writing down a detailed timeline to follow on the day so it all went to plan.
