As your planner, Creative Director and Event Director, we consider your celebration as a whole — creating the vision, curating the people and details that will bring it to life, and overseeing the planning, production and delivery required to make it feel effortless.

From our Perth wedding planning studio, we work with a limited number of couples each year, planning, designing and directing weddings throughout Western Australia, across Australia and internationally. By intentionally limiting the number of celebrations we accept, we are able to become genuinely immersed in each wedding and provide the highly personal level of service, creativity and attention to detail our couples deserve.

Event Direction is the culmination of everything we have planned, designed and produced together. For our Full-Service couples, we oversee the complete delivery of your celebration, ensuring the creative vision and meticulous planning are realised exactly as intended.From marquee construction and venue builds through to the installation of production, draping, flooring, lighting, florals, furniture and styling, our team directs the transformation of your venue and coordinates the professionals responsible for bringing each element to life. We oversee the details behind the scenes, including final preparations and, where required, the de-rig following your celebration.On the wedding day, we are there from the first supplier arrival through to the final moments of your celebration. Acting on your behalf, we direct your venue and supplier team, oversee timings and formalities, manage the flow of the day and anticipate the countless details that arise along the way.Our presence is intentionally discreet yet ever-present. We are there when you, your families or your guests need us, while quietly managing everything happening behind the scenes so you never need to wonder what comes next.After months of considered planning and creative direction, this is the moment it all comes together — allowing you to step into your celebration, be completely present and experience everything we have created with you.

Our professional planning fee is tailored to the scale, complexity, location and duration of your celebration.
Styling, florals and production are additional to our professional planning fee, with styling investment beginning from $8,000 AUD. Your styling investment is tailored to your venue, creative direction and the requirements of your celebration.
For destination weddings across Australia and internationally, travel, accommodation and associated travel expenses are additional and will be outlined within your tailored proposal.
