DELIVERY

Oversee and Manage load in and construction of marquee build, set up of production equipment (lighting and sound), furniture & floral installations.
Ensure all styling items being presented are of an elite standard, this includes ensuring all linen is steamed and pressed, all florals are bruise free, touch ups/patching to any equipment that is delivered with imperfections, All glassware and cutlery is polished and free from smears and smudges, all tables and chairs are perfectly spaced and aligned, all menus/place cards are presented in the correct seated order/position.
Provide Quality management of all styling curation before and on the day to ensure a seamlessly flawless orchestration of your ceremony & reception styling prior to you and guests arriving – perfect for couples who want a clean look of their ceremony, or their reception first look captured prior to their guest arrival.

pricing begins at $3,300 with a minimum styling budget of $8,000 (aud)

This minimum fee applies subject to the size, complexity, and duration of your celebration.

Styling items (including flowers) are additional to the above service inclusions.

A minimum wedding styling budget of:

$8,000 at a venue with 0-50 guests
$16,000 at a venue with 50-100 guests
$20,000, dry hire/marquee set up, with 50-100 guests

This budget amount includes wedding day stationery, cake, favours, linen, flowers, candles, lighting, and dance floor, and has been based on average expenditure in the 2022 and 2023 wedding seasons in Perth, Western Australia.

Our wedding mum what can we say, firstly we probably would not be married if it wasnt for Jody! We had some problems leading up to our wedding with the venue and we had absolutely no idea what was going on and then enters Jody Q weddings and boy, did she have it sorted for us. The amount of work she put in to straighten everything out, she went above and beyond just so we could have our special day. Jody was on top of things we never even thought about. Even just the little things like fixing my dress for photos on the day and checking in to see how the nerves are, to the big things like being there to organise the other vendors set up whilst we spent time with our family getting ready and to writing down a detailed timeline to follow on the day so it all went to plan. Even after the wedding she had a zoom meeting with us just to check in to see how we are going as newly weds and to congratulate and wish us well, she was unreal and exceeded any expectation we could have ever had. Jody was our guardian angel on the day and we will be forever grateful for the amount of effort she put in just for little old us. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day what we wanted it to be, you were the stand out in our wedding and the best thing to happen to us in our planning.
