In the wedding industry, the word “luxury” is used a lot, and it has different meanings for different people.
For us, luxury doesn’t mean grandeur or opulence, it means Quality.

It is crucial to build the right team from the very start. A “wedding day dream team” of industry professionals who will work well together, support each other and deliver superior products or services to our clients.
Working with reliable, reputable and experienced suppliers means we can deliver an exceptional, memorable and stress-free event.
But it’s not enough to just pull an event together; our clients also want a beautiful, well thought-through design, stunning floral installations, detailed table settings, and thoughtful finishing touches. Creativity runs through everything we do. When we consider the guest experience and the fun they are going to have, we also think about lighting production, furnishings, entertainment, linens, and florals.
We don’t follow trends and fundamentally, conceptualise our client’s own style; yet we are drawn to the same thing – a relaxed, elegant and undone vision. We love sophistication and elegance, yet welcoming and relaxed in its implementation.
The epitome of a “Jody Q” wedding is to bring the outdoors in with full lush green installations and beautiful florals or a bride that wears a haute couture gown to their garden ceremony or a groom that wears black tie to their riverside marquee reception.
Meet jody
When I was asked to select a picture to go with this little blurb, I started going through professional photography I had done for my most recent branding shoot – you know, the ones where the hair and makeup are on point, the fake laughs are in full swing, the whole blowing glitter, sitting with the open laptop on a desk, pretending to be consulting with clients, oh, and let’s not forget staring into oblivion with my diary open, displaying a page of goodness knows what, on it. Before, I stopped torturing myself with more of what’s not me, and I chose a photo that reflects the real me.
The real me is the one who does up your gown, climbing under those wedding dresses to ensure the tulle has dropped nicely, your wedding shoes are done up properly or fixing those garters that won’t stay up!
The real me is the one whose hand gets squeezed so tight right before your ceremony and told, “we made it”.
The real me is the one who just held your wedding dress so it didn’t get snagged and dirty on the pathway from your ceremony and is now greeting your bridesmaids and groomsmen and directing them whilst your guests line up to congratulate you.
The real me is the one who is by your side as you gasp, taking in every detail, from your wedding cake to each personalised menu and favour on the tables of your wedding reception for the first time – the one you trusted to create for you.
The real me is the one who is watching with admiration, attentively listening to your presenting your speech; it took weeks of back-and-forth word changes to align with your voice, assuring you it would be perfect – and it was!
The real me is the one whose being randomly hugged midway through your reception to be thanked again.
